Like most crimes things are missed overlooked or simply to mislead. This was no accident but deliberate actions to mislead the court.

No mention of the President of RICS anywhere. CJWF was asked/told to sign a letter appointing one of the 4 RICS MAF valuers by the Judge. Mr MITCHELL from No5 Barristers knew the provisions of the 'undated' agreement, he wrote it.

The letter was a Fraud in itself. It was not addressed to the President Of RICS. It was meaningless under the agreement. Given MAF track record it was probable that MAF had a connection with some of the valuers.

CJWF was also to pay £5,000 to Meridian solicitors which was not in the original, (now fraudulent) agreement.How was CJWF to pay £5,000 with all his bank accounts frozen.
