TDSF 'renaged' on his coercion deal according to Mr Abrol. He was therefore charged £150,000 including having to hand over his £30,000 ex-gracia payment.

The court (and CJWF) were never informed. The third party debt orders against CJWF are therefore wrong. They should be reduced by £150,000. Mr Abrol knew but TDSF informed CJWF this had not been done.
